Please refer to the following guidelines for your presentation material and send us the material by 11 April.

-Presentation File Format: Microsoft Office PowerPoint (.ppt), (.pptx)

-Screen Ratio: screen with an aspect ratio of 4:3

-Movies & Sound Files: If you have movies or sound files in the presentation please embed them and also send individual files as a backup copy in case they are lost on different versions of PowerPoint.

-Font: Please send any unusual font files you require

-USB Memory Stick: Be sure to bring a backup copy of your presentation with you in Bangkok

-Presentation file Submission Deadline: 11 April (Wednesday)

* Equipment: All computers in session rooms will be Window XP based PCs with Microsoft Office PowerPoint. And all submitted presentation files will be embedded. Please refrain from bringing individual laptop for presentation.
